In my free time, I really enjoy being creative. I love to paint, especially with oils: it allows me to express my emotions and appreciate the beauty of the world around us. I really enjoy knitting unique bags, because creating beautiful things with my own hands gives me a special kind of joy. I love reading books because they help me understand people better and open up new horizons for me.Another great passion of mine is traveling. I find it fascinating to discover different countries, their culture, architecture, traditions, and cuisine. I really love visiting museums, art galleries, theaters, the opera, and attending classical music concerts. Art inspires me, fills me with energy, and reminds me of just how beautiful our world is. Psychology holds a special place in my life. I’ve always wanted to better understand myself, other people, and the nature of human relationships. That’s why I didn’t stop at just reading books: I took an online course in psychology to better understand emotional processes, the nuances of communication, and how to build healthy relationships. This knowledge helps me be more mindful, attentive to others’ feelings, and appreciate open and respectful dialogue. I practice yoga. For me, it’s not just a physical practice, but also a way to maintain inner balance, harmony, and mindfulness. Yoga helps me stay healthy, feel more at peace, remain calm, and be more attentive to myself.
